Biography of Raisa
Raisa Andriana or often known as Raisa, is one of Indonesia's outstanding solo singers. Raisa was born in Jakarta on June 6, 1990 from partner Allan N. Rachman and Ria Marianty.
As a child, Raisa had a nickname that she didn't like. His parents called him by the name Sasha. Because he still has difficulty spelling words clearly, the call is replaced by the name Yaya to make it easier to pronounce. But, getting older, he felt strange about the call.
So, first he often sulked when someone teased by calling Yaya. Until now, there are still some friends who like to call themselves Yaya, this name is a nickname for her. Raisa has begun to show interest in the world of singing since she was little. When he was 3 years old, he once sang a song from the soundtrack of Aladdin, A Whole New World. The song was introduced by his parents, the mother. Then Mother Raisa realized that little Raisa had talent in the field of singing.

Raisa was the vocalist of the Andante band in 2008. Is a band formed by Kevin Aprillio. Then the band changed its name to Vierra, now better known as Vierratale.
With Raisa, the band has released several singles. One of them is the Seandainya song, which entered into the first album Vierra and became one of the mainstay singles.
Because he received less response from music lovers, Kevin also invited Widy Soediro Nichlany to become his vocalist. Widi is more suitable to fill this position, compared to Raisa's profile. Because of that factor, Kevin and the management decided to change Raisa's position with Widy.
