How to make Seblak

Material:

Raw starch crackers 50 g

Chicken eggs 1 grain, shake

1 leek stems, finely sliced

Celery 1 stalk, finely sliced

Salt 1 tsp

Flavoring 1/2 tsp

Sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp

3 cayenne pepper

Red onion 2 cloves

Garlic 1 clove

Kencur 2 finger segments

How to make:

Soak the crackers in hot water until it expands then drain and give a little cooking oil so that it doesn't stick together.

Ulek Chili, red onion, garlic, and galingale until smooth.

Saute the spices until the aroma smells good.

Add chives and celery slices. Stir well.

Add the crackers. Stir well.

Add the shaken egg, stirring it into scrambled eggs.

Give a little water (2 tbsp) then add salt and flavoring.

Stir until the water is reduced or almost evaporates and then add sweet soy sauce. Stir until the water runs out.

Pour seblak that has been made on the serving plate.

You can add a sprinkling of fried onions on top.

That's how to make a typical seblak of Bandung. In addition to the classic style, there are also other variations from seblak such as dry seblak or seblak bakso.
