How to make Cireng
Material:
250 g starch
Wheat flour 50 g
Leeks 2 stems, finely sliced
Celery 2 stems, finely sliced
Garlic 3 cloves, puree
Chicken flavoring 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
How to make:
Mix the starch with tapioca flour until it's perfectly mixed.
Add chives, finely sliced celery, mashed garlic, chicken, pepper and salt flavorings.
