BIOGRAPHY OF RICH BRIAN

Brian Imanuel Soewarno or usually some people know are  Rich Brian , he was growing up in Indonesia and began his career through social media in 2010 when he was 11 years old. He was born on September 3, 1999 in Jakarta, Indonesia. He is of Chinese descent. At first, he oftem sent dark comedy videos that often smlled of Americam culture, which he often watched through videos fom the internet. He studied English self-thought by watching YouTube videos and listening to songs from rap singers such as Childish Gambino, Chainz, Macklemore and Tyler, the Creator.
When Brian was 14 years old , his career under the name Rich Chigga and reales his debut track, titled “ Living the Dream “ on 17 July 2015, on his Youtube account, the song was produced by DJ smokey. But, Brian was known to people when releasing a song “Dat Stick” in 2016. Since he was viral on social media, he attracted a lot of attention and also criticism from his name. Before he using name Rich Brian, he used name Rich Chigga, Chigga which stands for Chinees and Nigga. So, he updated in his Instagram account in 2 Januari 208 to choose changing his name become Rich Brian. Although many fans disagree, he continues his work using the name rich brian. Not only that, after Brian working hard and producing works, Brian won an award at the 4th Indonesian Choice Awards as Breakthrought artist of the Year in May 2017.
